Iyengar Yoga in englischer Sprache in den Sommerferien for beginners

Moving to a new country or home, starting a new job or changes in family can be experience as stressful life events. Regular yoga practice helps to relax the body and the mind and relieves stress.On this beginner class students become familiar with the fundamentals of the Iyengar Yoga method. Iyengar Yoga is type of hatha yoga that offers a safe and systematic development of yoga practice. Emphasis of this beginner class is on the basic yoga poses that increase steadiness, strength and stamina. Also restorative yoga poses are introduced. Students will also learn basic adjustments, eventually by use of yoga props such as blocks or belts, in order to improve alignment in yoga posture, body and mind. Please remember to bring you own yoga mat.
